The John G. Munson arrives under the Aerial Lift Bridge on January 20 and will stay for winter layup.  It was the last to arrive for the season.  It will spend the next two months getting routine maintenance work and repairs.  The 2015 shipping season is due to begin in late March.

    1. Thanks Gretchen! I didn’t have my good camera with me, but was able to grab the point-and-shoot camera from my office in time to get the shot. I have lived here for over 20 years and I am still amazed at how big these ships are.
