Week 19 Theme ~ Window Light
I missed my opportunity to photograph this Gerbera daisy in the warmth of sunshine that we had earlier in the week. Instead I photographed it in today’s gloomy, overcast weather. This pretty little flower was a gift from Sophia for Mother’s Day. The bloom is almost finished, but I am eagerly awaiting many more blossoms from one of my favorite flowering plants.

Week 18 Theme ~ First Thing In The Morning
The first thing I do each weekday morning is let Daphne out. At 5:30am I am up for the day. Daphne comes back inside, curls up in her bed and goes back to sleep. She’s one lucky dog.
