We received eight inches of snow from Monday’s storm and are expecting more snow tomorrow. I guess our ski season will continue for a little longer. There was a bit of a sunrise visible this morning before cloudy skies consumed the sun’s rays.

Mike and the kids spent Saturday skiing at Mont du Lac and Sunday skiing at Chester Bowl. The final ski race of the season was on Sunday afternoon. Sophia had two great runs and finished fourth out of seventeen racers in her age category.
Sophia posed with Julie, her American girl doll, wearing their ski gear following the races.

Mike finished the final test in his ski patrol certification last week. He passed the toboggan test and is now an official National Ski Patrol. We are very proud of you!!

We had another amazing sunrise this morning. The small black spots are birds.

The weather forecast is calling for several inches of snow over the next 24 hours. I hope they are wrong. If not, perhaps we will have snowstorm photos later this week.
