Week 25 Theme ~ Crave
Yesterday – the first official day of summer, temperatures were in the 50’s, rain poured down all day and wind gusts were over 40 mph. The weather is no different today. I CRAVE sun, warm temperatures and a trip to the beach!
Sophia has been down in the Twin Cities with her Nana & Papa for the past few days. She has been enjoying undivided attention, her favorite foods and a trip to the American Girl Doll store. Although we miss her, we know she is having a fabulous time.
I noticed this picture on the back of her bedroom door this morning. It is a picture she drew of one her favorite things that she learned how to do at gymnastics – a cartwheel. It shows the four actions of her cartwheel. Too cute!
Sophia ~ you are funny, creative, artistic, smart, beautiful, thoughtful and stubborn. You are over 4 feet tall now, you have lost four teeth, you love your dog Daphne, playing on the monkey bars, going to gymnastics and you enjoy sweets just like your Mom. You are a wonderful daughter and a delight to everyone who knows you. We wish you a very happy birthday and thank you for the joy you have brought to our family.
